Hi Toni, April and Veronica, Toni, how about an update on Q? How is he doing and has he become more engaged like April’s orange tabby? Veronica, can you comment please: As we age, eventually our self care capacity seems to diminish. Do our guides offer to step up their oversight, suggestions and intervention at this time? Or do we have to rely more on physical plane support. Thank you all

My son Chris has a lot of dreams , sleep paralysis and dreams within dreams . His questions are : does he really encounter the creatures/energies when he is out of body or is it just his imagination ? And can those energies from his dreams enter his physical world ?

I am wondering if a person has the same personality in each life. Some people do things that are not logical. I am wondering if they are more able to think in the next life. Thanks, Veronica.
Veronica: to what degree do our past lives affect our current incarnations, either positively or negatively?

Veronica: We keep hearing how dangerous the rays of the Sun are and that we need to protect ourselves with lotions and sunglasses etc. I also hear just the opposite from others in the natural health field that it is absolutely essential that we get the Sun’s Rays for optimal health.

How/why did water become so important in the Earth plane, that every living thing cannot survive without it? Is water as important or something else as important on other planets?
