If all souls are eternal, why are some old and some young?

Does a photograph of a person have the soul vibrationary frequency of that person embedded in it? Does that photograph radiate that frequency? And can that frequency influence the thoughts of people in the presence of that photograph? What about a portrait drawn by an artist? Does that picture hold the frequency of the artist or the person drawn, or both?

In this physical linear dimension, is there only free choice and no karma or is there both free choice and karma?

You have said that we all come into this experience with a guide. Is the same guide active in our parallel lives or does each parallel life have a different guide?
You have used the term “old soul”. Are there “new” souls? If so, how are they created.
Do “old souls” recycle into “new” souls sometimes?
Is there a hierarchy among spirit beings? Our their rules? i.e….you have said that sharing future and some past experiences in detail for a human or humanity is not in our planets best interest…..isn’t that a rule?
