Veronica, about two years ago the relationship I was in ended in a hurtful way to me. I still think about him and at times miss him very much. What can I do to get him out of my mind. Thank you.

Holly (dog) and I walk each morning and take time to sit on a park bench and just be quiet. I frequently say good morning to VERONICA at this time. Now, my psychic receiver is pretty dismal but I seem to feel an attention and maybe a response. So, VERONICA, do you hear me? Do you respond?

Can Veronica speak about the ‘life review’ that one goes through at the end of a life. What does it feel like who is there e.t.c..
also in the case of a younger soul who has a negative life let’s say where they commit many atrocities and come to the end of that lifetime and have a life review where they know where they went wrong and are remorseful. they then come in for there next life and repeat the same mistakes …..does there oversoul then take charge and guide them elsewhere to evolve or is it left to them to manage there growth no matter how much they are not responding to the life review advise.

Question for Veronica. At one point were we all in oneness on a spiritual level without any individuality, and then yearned for creativity and expression? If so, did this change the spirit world? Was this ‘The Big Bang?’
If there are other species like angelics or dolphins (or any others) does our soul ever come back as another species?

I am thinking of leaving my body to science when I die. I would like a memorial service. I am wondering if it is easy to tpntransition if one’s body is still intact. Thank you!
Is there a particular diet or food that helps our spiritual growth? I had an NDE 50 years ago in which I was shown that I should follow a vegetarian diet. Was that my higher self, an Angel, God, or who?? I thought it was God so I followed the diet, even though I didn’t know anyone who was a vegetarian. Lately I was wondering if it was to help heal my own body.
