Today we are going to talk about one of the booming sectors of real estate – short-term rentals. I have two of the best – Mike Hicks and Rich Munroe.

If a town is big enough for a motel or hotel, it’s big enough for a short-term rental. That’s right – you can put an AirBnB or a VRBO almost anywhere. Or you can create a special experience. Rich Munroe is an AirBnB Superhost and trainer. Mike Hicks is a real estate investor who has built tiny house short-term rental units out of shipping containers. We will get their insights and you will get some ideas that could create your next investing strategy. They joined me recently on one of our live streams and I’ve captured some of that interview for you today.
