Dear Veronica,
Just wanted to thank you for your advice about how to heal yourself. I had written to you a few months ago asking if there is a way to heal ourselves. I have had a shoulder issue for about 3 years and wasn’t getting any better with therapy and exercise. Your response was to see myself healthy in my minds eye, picturing what I wanted to be doing and to keep focusing on that with persistence. Well I did just that and now I can gladly say that I am back to my workouts and my sports in about 2 months time. It really worked wonderfully.
Hopefully this might help someone else out there who may be struggling with a health issue. Thanks again !

Those of us with “spiritual gifts”…can we participate in past life regressions…or other spiritual forms of healing…? I was advised to not participate in these forms of healing or further information …in my previous lives as it may jeodardise my spiritual gifts…
