Hi everyone, thank you for another wonderful show. Tony, by the way, that cat loves you best you just need to learn the way cats love. My question is this, how do we know that we’re living our best life? If this life is just another chapter in our journey, which I believe, how do we know that we are doing it right? I always do my best but it’s not perfect especially with a negative energy I have to face every day. Thank you so much all of you lots of love and light and miss you Alan!

Could you please go deeper into the relationship between ourselves and our higher consciousness, also the role of the higher while we are playing out our respective parallel lives?
