Then I’m going to interview Troy Good. He’s a real estate investor and general contractor from Pennsylvania. As part of his work he sometimes hires other contractors. So I am going to pin him down about how he finds and vets other contractors. I also plan to ask him what he does when a job goes bad and hopefully we will talk about paying contractors in advance for their work.
