Dr. Gleb Tsipursky

Dr. Gleb Tsipursky helps leaders and organizations avoid disaster through science-based strategies for effective decision-making and emotional and social intelligence. He is a well-known scholar, entrepreneur, author, speaker, consultant, coach, and activist in these areas. Gleb researches effective decision-making, goal achievement, emotional and social intelligence, meaning and purpose, mental health and emotional well-being, and altruism as a professor at Ohio State University in the Decision Sciences Collaborative and the History Department. He runs a nonprofit that popularizes pragmatic applications of these academic topics to politics, business, nonprofits, and other areas of daily life, Intentional Insights. An Amazon best-selling author, he wrote Find Your Purpose Using Science and other books, as well as over 25 peer-reviewed articles in academic venues. He does speaking and training, as well as consulting and coaching, for current and future leaders and teams in mid-size and large corporations and nonprofits.

Ian Lamont

Ian Lamont is a former technology and business journalist and the founder of i30 Media, which publishes “In 30 Minutes” guides. His media career has spanned more than 25 years across three continents, including a stint in the British music business and a six-year residence in Taipei, where he learned Mandarin and worked for a local TV network and newspaper. He managed websites for Harvard University and developed new online services for technology publisher IDG. He was the senior editor, new media for IDGs Computerworld and served as the managing editor of The Industry Standard, and was recognized in several industry awards for the work he did at both publications. Later, he founded two start-up ventures, including a mobile software company and i30 Media Corp. He is the author of a half-dozen “In 30 Minutes” guides, including Google Drive & Docs In 30 Minutes, Dropbox In 30 Minutes, Excel Basics In 30 Minutes, and Twitter In 30 Minutes. His book on the Lean Media framework will be released in the summer of 2017.
